Skincare Sunday

It had been a while since I graced my local Sephora with my presence so I popped it to pick up a few new skincare bits yesterday. I needed an evening moisturiser and cleanser. Here’s what I ended up getting:

Fresh and Origins 1

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser 50ml 600THB

Fresh isn’t a brand I’ve tried before although it is everywhere here in Bangkok. This super gentle gel cleanser has popped up on lots of my favourite blogs recently so I was keen to try it. Regular readers will know that I mainly use cleansing oils but I wanted to have something else in my stash for days when I fancy a change! This contains cucumber, rosewater and amino-rich soy and is suitable for all skin types. I’m looking forward to seeing if this lives up to the hype!

Origins Modern Friction Cleansing Oil 150ml 1300THB

This ombré bottle was just too pretty to not add to my basket plus it promotes radiance and luminosity – I’m easily persuaded when it comes to a cleansing oil. Oh, and did I mention that it smells amazing…like lemony cucumbers.

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream 50ml 1800THB

I don’t have much loyalty when it comes to moisturiser having dabbled with all the usual ones from Estee Lauder, Clinique etc. I couldn’t decide on which moisturiser to get but something about the slightly old-fashioned rose scent of this one caught my attention when I was grabbing the soy cleanser. I was looking for something to use in the evening over serums and liked the promise of deep hydration as despite have oily skin, it tends to be dehydrated. It’s a relatively light formula that contains hyaluronic acid and rosewater that, when I tested it in the store, seemed to sink beautifully into the skin. Fresh say this is suitable for day and night.

As I’m a Sephora Black Member I got 10% off my little haul and some Fresh product samples:

Fresh Soy CleanserA 20ml version of the Soy Cleanser – brilliant for travelling
A 15ml Black Tea Firming Overnight Mask
A 15ml Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask

I’m excited to try everything out and am hoping I like the Fresh products as much as everyone else seems to! They certainly smell amazing.
Have you tried anything from Fresh? What else should I try?

    1. I’m the same, they clean so thoroughly but without leaving my skin tight or dry and most of the time they smell amazing too! Which are your favourites? 😊
